"Once installed Crystal Sound shows as a selectable microphone on lots of windows applications and browser apps. It works really well, my fans on my computer are a bit loud, but sitting next to the computer with a headset on and narrating into the mic on the headset it sounds like I am in a totally silent sound booth.
